Our Shipping and Returns Policy is as follows :

Wholesale Postage Costs

For South African clients, once your jewelry order has been completed by our team of Girls, we send all our parcels via Speed Services Couriers to your nearest Post Office over 24hours. Each parcel is given a tracking number which we will phone through to you as soon as we have posted it. It is essential to collect your parcel promptly from your post office the moment we have given you your tracking number by phone. Please do not wait for a confirmation slip, as you able to collect your parcel right away with identification and the tracking number.

International Deliveries

For all our international clients, please allow a Basic Post Office Charge of $20,00 per parcel. Once your order is completed by our Team, we post each parcel via Air Mail which then takes 7 to 10 working days to arrive from date of Postage.

South African Deliveries

Our Postage Costs are determined by weight and are as follows : 1Kg @ R85 (1 to15 Jewelry items), 2Kg @ R149 (16 to 30 Jewelry items), 3KG @ R200 (30 to 50 Jewelry items). Should you not wish to make use of our overnight courier and prefer to use one’s week’s Postage which is cheaper, please email us and we will arrange that for you. We do recommend using the Courier for larger orders as it is the safest option.


For goods that are received damaged due to Post Office or Courier, we will refund or replace after we have received returned items.

Although we are completely confident about the quality of our products, should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase then we are happy to provide a credit note (excluding postage) as long as the item is returned within 7 days of receipt and is in exactly the same condition as it was when it was posted by. All return postage costs will be at the buyer’s expense. Please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your parcel should you want to return an item.

Returns MUST be sent to us insured and with a Postal Tracking Number. We will not be responsible for lost packages. Please understand that we are unable to take back pierced Earrings for health reasons.

Also, please be sure to protect the item from in-transit damage by wrapping it in bubble wrap or layers of packing tissue, etc. If the item was not packed securely and arrives damaged, only a partial credit will be given.

We are NOT responsible for paying the cost of shipping in case of a return or an exchange.
